for halo reach, the system (now with the new november 2010 update) will recognize network manipulation, which will ban you for two weeks for a first offense and remove your account perm for the second offense. just sayin. fair warning. you need at least 20 mbps download speed to possibly get host. and your connection needs to stay within that speed for all games. best connection wins host. i wouldn't cheat this way unless you have a two month or two day.

@optical76 actually you don't need 20mbps, it's not about download speed, it's about ping. i have 5mbps but a really low ping. i get host almost every match.
