It isn't dangerous to use the creme liner on your eye the only one that's dangerous is liquid because it stings and it's not very effective anyways cuz it just runs off.

i really just heard that you have to be extreamly careful when using makeup close to your eyes but i apply my eyeliner onto my waterline and have been doing so for a minute.... but the overall look was hot!

The White Eyeshadow was Bare Minerals Moonstruck eyeshadow. It is discontinued but Ben Nye has a Lumiere Shadow that is a dupe for it.

It is Loreal Hip Creme Liner in Black

Yes it is possible to over blend. When you over blend you will notice that your eyeshadow has blended off to where it is kind of translucent and you could see your skin.

I used pencil for years!!!!! and once i tried the cream liner i seriously never went back to pencil. The texture is so smooth and creamy and it goes on so easily. I don't have any smudging problems with it. The brush it came with was a little rough for me, so I use a different brush. Check out my "review-loreal hip creme liner" video. I showed pictures of looks using the creme liner.
