I really love this episode and actually, it's the only episode of FAME I remember, for about 20 years!!!...Jimmy Osmond did a great performance... I remember that this boy was a shy guy and he needed some help getting along with his classmates and then he sang this song very well!!!...thanks for posting.
@peatones27 yeah it was one of my favorites too. From what I remember, his character went to a special needs school and had trouble in the public school. Except when he was singing, then he was totally comfortable, definitely in his element :).
I first watched this series on TV in 1983 or '84 (Scotland). I have been wanting to see this particular scene for many years. The strange thing is I remembered it wrong, I though the dude singing the song was also playing guitar and sitting on the table!
Thanks for posting. I'll buy the series when I can.
20 yrs ive searched for this lol ok ive only had a pc 10 but you know what i mean thanks for the up load you warmed someone heart an many to come i fell
Saw that episode years ago and remembered it since then. Great to see it here. Didn't know he was Jimmy Osmond...great voice...good voice really does run in the family I guess!
If you are talking about Coco the expressions (or odd expressions) on her face is because she realizes how good he is...and she feels "threatened" by him later in the episode when he sings the lead instead of her.
damn, he nailed that key change without missing a beat....amazing.

Coco was amazed at his voice and he posed a threat to her with such a talent, In the end they sung together and all was good as true Fame style lol

what the HELL is going on there? why does that one girl keep making faces? is this a "good" or "bad" performance based on general standards of Fame?
