This was the chinese "Women'sJUNIORGymnasticsTeam" so it's alright that they were young. They did not cheat, they just still looked so young in 2008 because of all the training preventing their bodies from developing normally! Jiang Yuyuan was 13 here and compare her looks here to 2008 and you'll see that there's no great difference because of the training. But if she were underage in 08 she would have been 10 here and there are definetly great changes between 10 & 13 years-olds

if they were 11 in 2005 then they will be 14 in 2008 still underage cos need to be 16 to participate in the olympics. another video (2003) on youtube Jiang Yuyuan said she was 12 wanted to participate in the olympics 2008. so Jiang Yuyuan might be over 16 but im not sure about Deng Linlin cos she's is only 4ft6 and weight 31kg from her profile on the olympics website. i am tiny but i weight more than Deng when i was 16. i'm chinese. He Kexin def not 16 as some articles said she was 14 last year

OMG! How cute is that!! Hu Yuhong is just adorable. Jiang Yuyuan has the cutest smile and I also see the adorable Guo Wei and Sui Li. I can see why these gymnasts have so much poise and grace. Sweet!
