Infection is the same as halo a random person is it and has to knife as many people as possible and then there it as well but the infected just have knife the human have a weapon(s) of your customisation :)

You forgot the plants. I always just hide in the little pot plants above the stairs and no-one notices at first. But I have to leave after about 2 or 3 kills, the act like a bush strategy doesn't work long term.
