I saw these guys last year when they were here in Atlanta. They rocked the house. Its too bad the Atlanta area isn't frequented too much by any of the band members. The last time I saw Al and Stanley here in GA was back in '05 or something @ Chastain Park during the Rite of Strings tour.
Very laid back & pleasant moments...as opposed to the super-intensity of the other half of the show. I love it all & was glad I was there! Tix were not cheap, however, at $90. How much would you pay to see one of the best band line-ups in history?
Yeow! Well after I paid for 2 sodas ($10-cash only) & parking $15 (cash), brought it up to $115. I saw Zappa Plays Zappa for $35 (cash only) as I bought tix at the box office day of show. But... everyone had to stand up in the club (& guard our space by the railing).
Brings back memories. I saw these guys perform No Mystery when they first toured behind it in the 70s.

I saw the show in Atlanta too. It was great. The live two cd set is good too. What a classic lineup.

Here is a work I burned into my memory long ago.
I've always loved this piece from the album of the same title.
