Yamaha Motif XS 8 is better.... LOL. I still don't care what people say, Yamaha XS 8 is STILL better than Roland's new FANTOM. The only thing that I think rivals / beats the Yamaha XS 8 is the NEW KORG OASYS, which is AMAZING! I've played them all multiple times professionally.
THC79, people might listen to you if you presented your case in a reasonably balanced manner. As it stands, you just sound like a complete fuc-wit. M3, Fantom G, Motif XS...all very god synths in their own right, and all suit peoples varying requirements.

i dont think u know wot u talking about mate m3 more powerful and has a very clean sound. i got a m3 and fantom x and ive been on the fantom g and i didnt see wot the hype was about ??
The fantom is better in its own respects, however the M3 is better at what korg does best, synths. Korg has always made the best synths around and they are always far superior to any of the other brands. Each one is as good as the other, it just depends what you prefer to use it for.
