  • just a FYI guys, there is no cost to the general public for SAR (Search and Rescue) extraction. Its a free service. The Team is called out approx 290 times a year and its mostly all volunteers with the exception of the pilots and crew chiefs. Keep that in mind next time someone gets stuck :). and Oh Hug a SAR volunteer next time you see one :)
