Hughes/Thrall is such a great album that I envy anyone hearing it for the first time. This song reminds me of Warhorse's Sybilla, another Purple bass-player's work.

Hughes has released many fine releases. But this album with Pat Thrall is special. It just is.

@blunt1 Exactly, I was A GH fan since the early 70s with Trapeze..I saw Glenn with D. Purple on the "Stormbringer" Tour and he was great...I just hungered for this LP..all the rock mags were saying he was hanging out with David Bowie....who was quoted as saying GH was the best white/soul/rock singer in the world...great LP and never played on the worn out classic rock format...Well we have the even better BCC with Joe B.and a heavy touch of Jason Bonham....

Such a great song - Thanks! Seems like this fantastic album sort of fell thru the cracks. Hopefully a whole new audience will discover them!
