Great work! I usually troll kettlebell videos on youtube to see how retarded people are but you are looking great. Some pointers, at the bottom of the swing try to keep your head neutral and in line with the rest of your spine. And with the clean, try to keep your upper arm attached to your chest as long as possible, turning your palm towards your chest at the end. What org are you certified through? And for everyone asking a 16kg bell weighs about 35 pounds. Once again great work!
Hi! I'm a bit confused, that's a strange bell... It's the size of a 40kg bell at least. What we use over here and what is used by RKC are a lot smaller. I think you would find those much better, easier to handle. check out this video, it's a 60 (!) kg bell, and it's basicly the same size as yours: it's called TGU 60 kg.avi by NagyLaci77 (won't allow me to insert link for some reason)
@erka001 They are called "pro-grade" kettlebells. They are used by all professional/competition lifters. All bells are the same size regardless of weight, so it's actually easier to move up as you don't have to adjust to a different sized bell like with cast iron bells. To Kitty, nicely done!
The times when ladies workout with pink three pound dumbells and resistance bands are ending. That is an impressive workout with an impressive poundage being used. Good job.
nice workout... i just got into kettle bells, and them swings are great for core... thanks for the tips, video helped a lot, and helped get my 6 pack back... well almost lol, what you reckamend for lower abs? I just cant get them bottom 2!! lol... and btw ya body is banging lol
Nice workout, try to clean the bell more so that you catch it in the corner of the handle if you know what I mean. This will make it more stable in your rack and especially when you are lifting it overhead. You may hurt you shoulders or back if you continue lifting overhead like that. Keep up the good work.
Oh hai! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my buddy lost tons of weight with it
I did this same routine today and it worked me out intensely. I used 16kg for the single arm swings and thrusters and 24 kg for the double swing. At the end I could barely complete 5 repetitions of the thrusters. I am impressed with your strength and endurance. I am now a subscriber.
What a grueling workout! Is it better to use kettlebells than dumbells? I'm interested to know if you drink any protein shakes to aid your recovery afterwards. Thanks
@MissMeijn Kettlebells are best for this workout. KBs engage many more muscles during exercise, due to their design and the weight being off centre. I don't take any supplements. Cheers
@TheBarefootWarrior Hey, thanks. I've just been good, eating more veges instead of starches, plus doing cardio in the morning before breakfast. It's starting to pay off. I'd rather do more exercise than cut my calories, hense the extra cardio. No point torturing myself with too many limitations, especially when I love to exercise :D
What a killer workout, I think I have a love/hate relationship with thrusters LOL
I looked on your chann. Can't find the reps done for this 4 round workout. Can you please share?
