@1Fallaway AAWW!! What a let down!! Mirko & Alessia did not just dance, and move across the dance floor.....they GLIDED, and FLEW!!!! Mirko is such a large, tall man, and he was as light as a feather during the quickstep. Alessia did all the steps backwards, AND in high heels!! Amazing!! A shame they had a falling out. RATS!!! :( :'(

@naturalpro2003 NO. The couple has split (excuse me for my bad english, I am Italian)...Now Mirko got partnership with Edita Daniute and Alessia with her boyfriend Madonia....what a pity....really a huge loss in standard professional dances.. :-((

According to the what the narrators were saying, it seemed like they worked so hard on their tango that they lost some of the swing in their waltz

i have this on dvd i was laughing so hard how excited mirko was i dont really think he should have gotten first in tango in 2005 more of foxtrot or waltz but anyways it was a good victory for him in 2005
