Yeah, GT should've just taken place on earth like Z mostly did. In fact, here are some things that could've made the show better:

1. Give Piccolo another power boost. Maybe become whole once more?

2. Give the human z fighters a shot at fighting. Superhuman transformation?

3. Bring back future trunks. He was a total BOSS!

4. Make up a compelling villain. One that doesn't want to destroy the planet.

5. Include more martial arts like the original db. It gave more balance

@sageofsixpath1 yeah and like Gohan and everyone else was super soft in GT. They were getting their asses beat by little opponents. When I saw Goku (The Strongest Mofo in the universe) getting whooped by some worm creatures in the Lord Luud part thats when I lost all respect for the series.

Uh, GT ruined the series. Little to no development of secondary characters, overpowered enemies, and completely non canon. The special effects seemed quite cheap with the exception of one or two scenes and the characters were somewhat bland. Vegeta was a joke making few appearances and appearing completely non canon in all of them. Honestly most of us just preferred the aggressive and brutal fights, which GT complety removed.

@demoAnimation That, and it throws out like everything that was established before it. For instance, Vegeta is a very proud saiyan. Saiyans' hair supposedly never grows so it never needs cut. Vegeta cuts his hair for some stupid reason in GT. He also regrows a tail magically, which goku does too. Nothing about GT makes any damn sense. What they need to do is elaborate on bardock, or go over what goku did all that time while he was out wandering around waiting for the next tournament as a kid.

There are rumors that he MIGHT continue the Dragon Ball Kai, either due to animation (heard from a forum) and in the japanese dub, it says Goku's journey continues, but will talk about that at another time. Then it shows a little bit of Pikkon, (watch DBZ you'll know). That is the only reason why I like DBZ more.
