Trump is just a negligent partner. The real culprit here is the onsite Sales and marketing team from Canada, S&P Destination Properties. They are the true architects of the swindle and they knew exactly what they were doing all along. Its their M. O. And they pocketed as much cash as Trump did. Couple of them are still doing business in San Diego.
It is not known as the Developers Baja Project - it is called the Trump Baja Project. Be a man, stand up to your responsibilities and either come through with what you originally promised or pay each and every one of the Trump Baja Project investors their monies back.
Everything that I have read concerning the failure of the Trump Baja Project the Trump organization points the finger of blame to the developer. Mr. Trump your name is on that project and you are responsible for its failure.
This same holds true for the words integrity, morality, and business acumen. They mean absolutely nothing in your business world. The bottom line Mr. Trump is big money begets more money and the small investors stand no chance in your big time wheeler dealer world.
Mr. Trump - In what currently is referred to as the good old days a mans word was worth something. But in your business it is simply a means of attaining what you want without regard to those folks you gave your word to.
If Mr Trump has any integerity at all he will pay the money he owes you and should be a man about this situatuion.

to let Miss California USA Carrie Prejean keep her title convinced Shanna Moakler to quit as head of the pageant's California organization when it was obvious that this kind of conduct is indeed historically not tolerated. Now taking a look at Trump Baja and seeing him walk away from the people that essentially bought a piece of the trump integrity only to realize that his name bares no promise

I would be interested in helping you organize a Rally getting the Public Media involved and lets confront Mr. Trump on what exactly is it he stands for.
