Healing from Depression Through Jesus Christ

Coming from a place of cognitive dissention from all the BS out there. It is very hard to find the potency of faith in Jesus. This message of yours is one of the few intellegent explanations I have heard amidst the polluted, and contrived messages of faith in Jesus. Your message is not just about depression, but overcoming a multitude of aberrations afflicting us in life here on earth. It seems though you might have left one thing out, that is effort. Without effort the ores will not move.

This sure helps. I am one of those that has done everything in the world with little results. Then looking to Heavenly Father turned out to be the most lasting, deep help against depression. Thank you for this uplifting and true advice.

@MsEndure2end For 20 long years I have worked to wake people up to the serious dangers of antidepressants. While working with members having severe adverse reactions I have asked if they at least got a Priesthood blessing BEFORE going to a doctor. The answer so far has always been "No, I did not think of that." Seeing so much suffering left me asking why. Finally I understood the test in this nightmare of mass drugging. The question: "Who do you trust? The Savior or the Arm of Flesh?"

The message in this video is THE ANSWER to depression and every other ailment there is to plague man on this planet! When patients have said they cannot afford a counselor I have always reminded them that they have access to the very best counselor available. All they need do is drop to their knees and He is there! He knows better than all what it is we need to heal. Our part is to keep that line of communication open & one of the most important ways to do that lies in healthy living.

Sometimes healing is not taking away the problem, but strengthening us to deal with it. Helping us to find the peace, joy, and happiness in life even with the problem still in it.

The definition of healing may mean something different depending on the situation. I blessed my daughter that she would heal from her cancer and she died. More than anything we need to pray for understanding and God's will.

I remember my depression as if it was yesterday. I'm glad I'm out of it and I'm greatful for God giving it to me even of how heartbreaking it was. It taught me lessons to listen, to understand and to help others. Anyone reading this message if you are struggling with sadness or depression or just need someone to talk to I'm here for you.
