Why at about the 7 1/2 min mark does it claim a key requirement in Iraq is to hand over oil control to multi nationals but then highlights a passage that when paused clearly states oil in Iraq is to be shared as a resource between the ethnic groups of Iraq.
Perhaps they couldn't find the evidence to back their claim?
