It's easier than you think,
Most just use Windblows movie maker to do theirs(I use adboe premiere), the hardest thing to get down is the timing....that takes a bit of practice.

I guess you could call it British Trance, or Dark Dance or just simple Drum n Bass. It's all dance music anyway ^^ The song is Spitfire by The Prodigy, check em out!
