I think Bob was a little slow on the tree this run. With a heavy car, I have found that timing your launch to go on the last yellow is about right, as it takes awhile to get a heavy car moving so you don't red light with this strategy. It works for me.
do you know how fast a stock goes?

A stock 350hp/396ci in a 1970 SS396 could probably do high 14s to low 15's but a lot depends on traction, gearing and the driver.

No, it has larger intake valves, a much bigger solid lifter cam and a larger Holley DP.
