It looks they finally perfected combat in a Zelda game, but the only thing I don't like the sound of is the way you use the shield. I hope it's easy flicking the nunchuck to bring up your shield quickly. I don't prefer the cel shaded graphics but I'll be fine with it as long as they improve it because so far it looks like a gamecube game and I know they can do better.

My view of the next zelda was a bit different. One thing I did notice though is that gameplay looks amazing. In my opinion they should have done something darker, like TP, or at least keep its graphics. Even tho they didnt do either, I believe that they were looking more towards gameplay, and less towards graphics. Or they maybe they want to do cell shading more, maybe they wanted to make it look a bit cartoon like. This could be really good like WW even tho its style isnt my taste

Cel shades doesn't mean worse graphics. This is clearly not cartoonish in the way the Wind Waker was. I bet there will be all kinds of absolutely beautiful landscapes in this game with the way they use this art style. You guys really wanted and expected another Twilight Princess esque game? The creators were looking to make Skyward Sword have a new feeling, and using the same art style from the last game is no way to do that. And, besides...I always loved how Zelda's cel-shaded lava bursts look!

So it does take place in hyrule, located below Skyloft.

Don't complain about the graphics!!! The game's still not out. I highly doubt it will came out this year, SMG2 was announced on E3 09 and just came out about a month ago, and Metroid Other M too, and it will come out in about a week, so maybe this game will come out in about a year too:(. But they will have time to improve it!!!

I think the master sword is just there for the trailer. That is what happened with Twilight Princess' trailer, it showed Link with the master sword before the point where you actually get it in the game. I could easily be wrong.

Gameplay looks good and I have no complains on Links graphics. I just hope we can get more badass looking enemies on the dungeons. I mean come on I would fell like fighting against Barney if the mid-level enemy is like the dude on 0:15.
