I only lost 221/2 pounds......I started at 190 and am 167 1/2
Wow You lived in Japan, how wonderful. I love Asian food and I miss eating it. I do like noodles and miss them, and I do not know where to get them.

I have taken 15 days of injections. I lost 9 lbs in the first 10 days but I haven't lost anything for the past 5 days. I'm so discouraged. I get on my eliptical machine for 10 min for the past 2 days. I have a 1/2 cc syringe so I put in 40 cc's- wouldn't that be equal to 20 cc's? I am at 232 so I have a ton of weight to lose. I don't understand why........
