you need to complete the story mode on hard or normal i don't remember and then you can use rasengan(you just choose uzumaki barrage or rasengan the spiral chakra sphear) hope it helps

To get Naruto's Ninetails form, you have to finish the arcade mode with Itachi, and to get Curse Mark Sasuke, you have to finish the arcade mode with all the characters then Sasuke again.

well it depends on the kind of game you like the story mode takes about a half-hour to beat it has about 12 characters they have cs2 sasuke when the story mode goes to the tsunade arcand begins in the chuunin arc its still a very good game when you got all the characters ill remind you that the story mode only has 7 battles and thats it
