There is absolutely no doubt that Obama will tax each and every one of the 60% of Americans who pay income taxes. This will be equal to hardworking Americans, already taxed to the hilt, writing a check to the unproductive and lazy 40% for doing nothing. Obama's principal objective is redistribution of wealth. This will result in nothing but "trickle-up poverty".
In order to get a tax cut, you have to be a tax payer. It is kind of like a hair cut: You have to have hair first.
