  • Awesome sound!

  • BEAUTIFUL!!!

  • Sounds like it's ''cammed out'' nice.

  • @ttyyttss1 Where did you find the plans to build this engine? I'd love to build one for myself one day.

  • @Superspermo The real engine may max out at 1000 to 1200 rpm, but they have enough torque to move a mountain. Look for a video of a Holt tractor on here so you can see the full size deal lumbering along. In full scale they are absolutely massive engines.

  • did you fabricate that yourself?

  • It sounds just like my brother's 1930's Cat No 9 Auto Patrol grader at idle.

  • because its a flywheel engine the fly wheel is much heavier than a normal flywheel and has more energy storage

  • why is it running so slow?Con someone explain that for me?

  • It's meant to be a low-speed engine. Red line on the real engines is probably somewhere around 1000 rpm. That's the way they built them 80 years ago.

  • hahahahah ya like, those engines idle around maybe 200-400rpm max

  • how much power?

  • I´d like to get one of these model holts, i like the sound. Looks nice too :)

  • sounds like a real car starting and runs like a tractor lol

  • is it for sale? cuz ill buy it!

  • Nope, runs on your stupidity. No short supply of fuel.

  • kinda sounds like my massey harris tractor

  • Very nice workmanship. Did you do the machining of the engine. Phil

  • You need to bore the flywheel for pole start!
