If you do not CLOSE THE LOOP, then you prove NOTHING! You CLAIM that your device produces MORE POWER OUTPUT than POWER INPUT, but unless you can CLOSE THE LOOP, i.e., take some of that power output and run it back in to the input - you have not proved OVER-UNITY!

So, CLOSE THE LOOP and disconnect those batteries, or you have nothing but FRAUD.

Many of the measurements I have seen made are unreliable, people use digital multimeters to suggest high accuracy but when operated outside of the correct parameters the errors are hideous. If this thing has power gain then it is simple to close the loop and to run it without external power, If the inventors are unprepared to do this perhaps there is a stumbling block?
