@Invadurr I've never personally tried it since when I get a case of mandarins I eat the whole case as soon as I put it down. I'd guess that the answer is yes. Thin strips of orange peel boiled in sugar solution, then rolled in sugar, and sometimes dipped in chocolate. Very tasty! You can find them at fancy food stores. How to make them? That's a whole other video.
