  • Does this work with mandarins?

  • @Invadurr I've never personally tried it since when I get a case of mandarins I eat the whole case as soon as I put it down. I'd guess that the answer is yes. I've done it with oranges, blood oranges, lemons, limes, etc. Please give it a try and let us know how it turns out. Plus thanks for watching and commenting. Peace!

  • why wash it? you are gonna throw the skin away anyway

  • @bananana1337 Let's say someone with a virus touches the skin. The skin touches your hands. Your hands touch the part you eat. You eat the virus. You get sick. You always wash everything that touches food that you eat. Thanks for watching. Peace!

  • @Chainer Are you cutting on either side of the membrane? That's the way to go. You might just need a sharper knife. Oh well. A+ for effort. Keep trying.

  • what are candied orange peels? and how are they made? sounds interesting

  • Thin strips of orange peel boiled in sugar solution, then rolled in sugar, and sometimes dipped in chocolate. Very tasty! You can find them at fancy food stores. How to make them? That's a whole other video.
