what amazes me about him is the way he his songs are all about spainish princes, 18th century whatevers, guys in big feathery hats and all. yet he gives off the impression that he lived every minute of it.. hes a total genious that doesnt get nearly enough credit. like tristan and issult is obviously about a couple going to the movies. not that interesting, but that song it is full of something, i dunno< i wanna say desperation? , which makes it so meaningful n moving you end caring about em.
