Most likely they're gonna wait until they've repeated every episode in the season until they start up the new ones. One of the reasons it's done is for the people who were unable to watch some of them the first time around, I believe.

no it won't anime fans have been dropping due to Adult swim's lack of shows and Toonami being cancelled. not many people know about Reborn and it doesn't get straight into fighting like Bleach and Naruto does. most american fans won't like it sorry to say. and first 19 were in the manga
