They don't care about safety, they care about bribes, they collect bribes at the airport, on the street, at the market, everywhere. It's time to crackdown on this. All the way from the top, to secret police, to traffic police, all are corrupt. it's time to fire any police caught taking bribes, give them training and pay them more.
