Plato is one of the dirtiest drivers ever. First hitting muller, his own team mate and holding him up and then taking eves out. He should've got a drive through.

I remember btcc so well and I was a young kid when I watched them. I can't say enough good things about it this video really brings back great memories for me :D! .I am from canada and btcc was rarely shown but when it was I was glued to the tv. The racing was bar none and the coverage was great I loved the onboards :P . I remember some of this stuff like it happened yesterday good times :) .How ever I caught a race recently and the cars have really changed. Not so good imo :\
@steviegbcool Why??What's appened??I'm Italian and I like touring cars. In Italy touring cars died when EURO STC changed in WTCC I think. I saw the Ferrari Challenge and EURO STC 10 years ago in Misano Adriatico, MArche, Italy.
Really? That is part of the intrest in BTCC. I've seen older clips, they're totally exciting! So, It'd be interesting if Peugeot, Renault and maybe Ford came in.

The organisers after the end of the fantastic best SuperTourer era didn't seem to get into their heads that when you reduce the costs you also reduce quality, which when you watch the SuperTourers from before and the newer types of cars now racing the difference becomes obvious. SuperTourers were quality briliant racing, whereas now it is cheap, slower and far less thrilling.
Even though people have given you neg for that comment i agree. Once the supertourers left it hasn't been the same and i doubt it will be. The supertourers are what touring cars are about. These btc/s2000 cars are no where near the same to watch.
I think the people who left me negatives need to watch some Supertouring Videos, then they might acutually realise that the BTCC died in 2001, For me it was like Coming down off 1000 ecstacy pillls. The cars are slower and they sound boring and what happened to all the Manufactures Ehhhh????
I'd go to far as to say that it was dying in the 2000 season when only ford,vauxhall and honda were left vs the production class. It's gone from a world leading series watched all over the world to a ordinary national series. The manufactures leaving were the end. Oh well at least we have youtube for the memories ;)

I totally agree, completely changed from 2000 to 2001. Then again it started going down hill in 2000. The best seasons were '92, '95, '97 - '99
