There's a download link in the description; I downloaded the song, put the 2GB SD card that came with the system in my computer, opened my files, and dragged the file containing the song to the SD card folder. Then I took the SD card out, put it back in my 3DS and voila! Enter Nintendo 3DS Sound and you have your song.
