@cessarsal You will need a pc for this.Its called mugen.

Its pretty cool since you can add characters and stages that poeple share,and

offcourse mp3,wav or ogg files to make background music.

There's a lot of full mugen games allready so you dont have to compile one yourself.

ok so in the beggining rugal beats the fuck out of akuma and absorbs his powers,becomes god rugal then akuma got a fast respawn perk and absorbs god orochis powers and becomes god akuma

An okay Akuma player can beat an okay Rugal.

A good Akuma player can beat a good Rugal.

A great Akuma player can beat a great Rugal.

A perfect Akuma player can never beat a perfect Rugal.

Reason is, Rugal Bernstein has a counter-move to every attack. If you're good enough to master Rugal, Akuma will never stand a chance.

Reflector, Genocide Cutter, Kaiser Wave, and gigantic pressure are all too uncounterable. You need 3 bar max just to have an inequivalent attack; I.e. Shungokusatsu.
