Thanks, this video was very useful! I bought the keyboard after watching this video, downloaded the app and it works perfectly. I have one question though, do you by any chance now how to go "back" using the keyboard? I know you can go home using the function key and the left directional key but i am trying to find a way to simply go "back" one action. If you could help with that would be great.
I'm still working on figuring out how to put my keyboard/mouse by Hyundai into discoverable mode, but I wanted to say thanks for the video and tell you that the audio quality is fine, nothing wrong with your voice either. This idiot that said your voice made his head hurt was mistaken in the cause. His immaturity and lack of manners, poor upbringing make his head hurt. You offered us you knowledge free, and it is much appreciated!
Since my cell phone is bascially everything, my PDA, mp3, TV, camcorder, computer I was looking a keyboard solution for my Motorola Triumph. Thanks 4 creating this video, it was VERY helpful! Keep up the good work.
Thanks. Apple bt kb worked well with bluetoohkeyboard JP on my Samsung Charge. Just didn't get you have to key in the key and press return on the keyboard. Don't seem to have spell check anymore but I could live without that.
my samsung galaxy s 4g connects to bluetooth keyboards automatically. no need for silly programs. i think any device running 2.2 or higher can do that.
Thanks for the video....it was extremely helpful. My bluetooth keyboard is working wonderful because of it. I am also one who has to keep pairing the keyboard with the phone but this only occurs when I haven't used it continuously and that is fine with me. Again, thank you for taking the time to post your video and help those in need.
Hi! Thanks for the video. Have you tried this keyboard with some remote admin applications (to control your PC from your device)? If you did, would it recognize special buttons like Alt, Ctrl/CMD, etc?
Hi! I have a Samsung GalaxyS and an apple bluetooth keyboard but this solution seems it is not working... It says conecting and them immediately after: disconnecting... Any idea?
Hey, man. Followed your instructions, but I cannot get the phone to recognize the keyboard via bluetooth. Doesn't come up in the list of devices. Any suggestions?
holy shit... look at those bigass paddle thumbs. play video games much? lmfao anyway i love my htc incredible, I tried this app but it didnt work with my dell BT keyboard.. guess I'll have to pick up an apple bt kb like you have.
Thanks for your video. I tried connecting a flexible Bluetooth keyboard on my HTC Desire HD, running on Android 2.2. Having followed your instructions, everything went well, including the pairing.
However, when I want to start typing it says 'connecting' for a couple of seconds before it goes into the disconnected mode again. Have you any words of wisdom what I should do to make it work? I tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the application already.
You sound like my brother, deep voice but doesn't know how to use it (no offense cause I actually liked the video) I have speaking problems as well if you watch anything from my channel.
When you pair the phone and the keyboard enter the pin 0000 on the phone then enter 0000 on the keyboard. I was having a problem where the app would say "Connected" then it would say disconnect. After I restarted my phone it worked.
Hey, Thanks for the video, however I have a problem, my droid x wont detect my apple bluetooth keyboard at all. THe droiid sees my computers bluetooth, and the keyboard and computer work, so bluetooth works on both, but the droid wont pick up the apple keyboard. If anyone can help at all that would be great!
@dacelbot Replying to myself here... I got it to pick up the keyboard, but I cant get it to pair... tried 0000, 1234, various other 4 digit combos... havent worked. Any ideas?
The only think I could think of would be to shut off and turn back on your phone. Sometimes it would not connect for me as well. It's really finicky. Wish Android had built in support BT keyboards.
I've read and saw some other things about other keyboards working, but I can't be for sure what ones. The only problems I've been having is that sometimes I need to restart my phone to connect, but otherwise it should work well.
This is only a temporary thing until I can get a small laptop.
Nice demo, though watching it made my head hurt. Not the tech specs or detail, the narrator. I felt like I was listening to someone with the education of a sloth. No offense, just made my head hurt.
@timtampa - Couldn't you just say that you found the narration difficult to follow, without trying to come up with lame and elaborate insults involving arboreal mammals? Saying 'no offense' doesn't make you any less of an asshole.
Hey pliz could you help me ?
the keyboard is paired with my S2 but the connection can't be annable =(
i don't understand I am a new user of Android but I don't understand what happen -_-
I installed the app like you said but in the bluetouth settings Connection isn't enable with the keyboard

@Drcorywilson23 I think I used 0000, but a lot of the time it doesn't want to stay paired. Try restarting your phone.

@Drcorywilson23 i had to enter the 0000 pin on my phone, press ok, and then immediately enter 0000 and hit the return key on the bluetooth keyboard.

@infotechsailor You might want to make sure you can return the keyboard if it doesn't work. It's a hit or miss sometimes.

dose the keyboard only work when typing like the i pad or dose it let you navigate the internet browser and homescreen too ?

I don't think with the method I'm showing. I have done it before, but it did not work so well.

Thanks for the vid. I've got the MS 6000 and Rocketfish keyboard right in front of me, and I can't get either one to work.
Here's the order I've been doing:
1. I have a keyboard on, searching for a pair
2. phone bluetooth is on, has picked up a keyboard.
3. I enter 0000, then enter on my pairing kb.
4. I attempt to pair the device, the DX asks me for a pair ID, I enter in 0000.
alt 3&4: I pair on DX, then enter in pair ID on kb, it just ends the pairing on DX.
5. either way, doesn't connect.
