@ daveginz1 As for Williams' Flexion Exercise, I guess lifting the knees simultaneously towards the chest may strain the muscles of the lower back and may induce/increase pain especially to those who are having acute low back pain and/or are obese. In my opinion, lifting them one by one towards the chest would be a logical idea as acute low back pain can really be extremely painful and most of the time doing such an easy-looking exercise can be extremely difficult.
