  • Thanks soo much these kinds of good tip is exactly why i subbed! This will definately help when i'm stretched 12 weeks!

  • girl... ur hairline will be jacked if you keep using this "scarf" method...

  • I have used this method. It works great while my relaxed is fresh but not so well once I pass did weeks post relaxer. Any tips I have 4a/b bsl hair

  • ITS HUMID HERE! WHAT ABOUT HUMIDITY? MY HAIR LAYS FLAT 2HOURS LATER IT CURLS UP!!!!!!! ahhhhhHHH .

  • Juicy fruit!

    ;)

  • Love your background music!!!! I like this method but I prefer not to have the dent in my hair.

  • Love your background music!!!!

  • I have very rough and thick edges that start to get extra kinky about 4 weeks after a relaxer. It seems worse after I wash it but I tried this method along with your tshirt method and it worked WONDERS! My edges still looked relaxed 7 weeks later which has never happened before. This is a great method.

  • Do you like the results of the Neutrogena Triple Moisture Silk Touch Leave In Cream.Do you always use a little of it.Have you ever used it all on its own.Does it ever make your hair limp\flat,whether or not you use it everday.

  • does the wrap method work with nonrelaxed hair also mine is course

  • what is a relaxer because i think it did a lot of hair loss to you. Am i right?

  • @Ms2010Jackie, a relaxer relaxes the natural curl pattern. Hairlicious (Sunshyne) has blog that shows her thick, gorgeous hair and shows other women how to achieve healthy, voluminous hair.

    Take care;

  • My hair is naturally long. I have started making videos showing me going natural after 13 years of getting relaxers.

  • How long do you stretch your relaxers now and how long do you do the scarf method during your stretch?

  • the very front of your hairline has broken off so badly. u can look in the pics an see where it was supposed to be

  • most black women hairlines are thin towards the front because of pulling their hair back in ponytails or wearing their hair pulled back all the time- especially with a relaxer.

  • Black women should be really concern about hair relaxers period. Google it. It has been linked to cancer. Don't know if it is with or without no-lye, but it has been linked.God Bless.

  • I agree with chocolatesquaw below me, it really does seem like your hair is receding in the front. Do you think it is from relaxers? Maybe it's from the pullin of this method. The reason i bring it up is cuz my hair is also receding in the front like crazy, but i know it is from smthing and not, like, genetics or anythng, i was just wnderng if my relaxer is th cause as well.

  • It appears that the relaxers are eating away at your hairline where it is creating a receding hair line. Or is that just how your hair grows. Because you can see where the original hair line is supposed to be filled with hair from the baby hairline, but yours is baby hairline, baldness then hair. So I am not so sure the relaxers are benefitting your hairline. But only you know if that is how your hair just naturally grows.

  • Excellent. Thx for the tip. Works perfectly!

  • the silk touch is so good

  • this is great for when I'm close to needing a relaxer

  • I can't wait to be able to try this..:-)

  • I love the scarf method it works great for me

  • Thank you for this video. It has stopped me from blow drying my hair after my washes. Hopefully that makes a big change in my hair growth.

  • how long do you leave it in your hair. before it drys completely?????

  • See what I mean! THOROUGH!! I'm done with you!

  • I do this every time, after I wash my hair. It keeps my edges straight! i love this technique!

  • for some reason when my hair air dries it tends to puff up and get all fluffy and but wont stay straight

  • could you do skin regimen video? you have rly nice skin!

  • Comment removed

  • my hair gets all frizzy nd kinda puffy whether or not its relaxed if i dont use the blow dryer :( how do i get it to straighten out

  • lol can't believe I had never thought of this before? Great tip!

  • Very Nice trick. I will definitely try it asap. :)

  • Great vids, and great tips. I think we were friends on healthy textures at one point... good to have found you here.

  • well i want to know is that how u sleep also ,b/c sometime if u sleep with ur hair not wraped up can it cause ur hair to be come dry?

  • what does the neutrogena triple touch do? Do you have to apply it? I use Kera care leave in will that alone wrk?

  • I tried this today after my wash. It works!

  • i'll have to try this.

  • I tried it this evening and my hair did not dry at all :-(. I ended up blow drying it on warm and then a cool blast at the end. I waited 2 hours to see if it would get any drier and it didn't. Should I try another method? I don't know what to do. Help!

  • Would the scarf method ever put a stress on my hairline if I tried it?

  • It all depends on how tight you tie it. Don't tie it too tight and you'll be fine.

  • I am definitely going to try this. I have so much new growth like all the time, especially after I wash my hair, this seems to be a winner, i will try it.

  • I tried the scarf method this morning before going to work and it worked great for me. Thanks!

  • so how often did you perm your hair in the beginning of your hair journey,i would like to stop perming my hair but figured i would have to cut it bald....please advise thanks

  • hahahaa! dudee! i thought i was the only person who did this! i been doing this for about 6 or so years now! yeop! its a good method!

    good job ;)

  • I really liked your video. I'm going to try that when I wash my hair again. I'm just out of braids after 8 years. I am loving my hair length and don't want overprocessing to ruin it. Your process will help me with that.

  • It worked im going to do this from now on

  • Great I'm glad you liked it :-)

  • hey im guna try that out now...il keep ya posted on how it went..hope it works for me

  • Let me know how it works for you, Im curious!

  • @HairliciousInc I have a question, I'm a man and I get my hair permed because I hate dealing with my coarse hair and I would like to know if it is OK to get my hair braided? I mean I did in the early stages (before I could ponytail it or the perms) but all the time Ive been growing I never took care of it lol and Ive been growing for about 2 years almost and I'm shoulder length but it seemed to stop. So I started taking HAIRFINITY pills and using strictly Profectiv and Dr. miracle

  • @HairliciousInc products and it seems like my hair is back on track no more breakage or split ends so I want to stay healthy... I would appreciate your help thanks
