I run this game with PC with spec below for full gaming experience.

Pentium 4 = 2.67GHz, RAM = 1GB, NVIDIA GeForce 8500GT graphic card

But, I did try with lower spec PC and it still work.

Pentium 4 = 1.44GHz, RAM = 256MB, NVIDIA TNT2 grapic card.

Using below setting for lower spec PC

[Cut In, Blood, Field Effect = OFF][Texture, visual effect = Normal][Color Mode = High Color][Speed = High][BGM = OFF][Sound Effect = ON][FPS = 30][Window Size = 800X600][Window mode = Fullscreen]
