Yep, you do get free money. Each offer has a different cashout restriction but they are usually easy to fulfill. To be able to cashout from Ultimate Bet, you need to play 2500 hands. Each table deals ~100 hands per hour. And if you play 2 tables at a time it should only take 12-13 hours of playing to work off the bonus.
