You do need hits and you're doing a great job :) I think you need to relax your wrists? ( I may be wrong) cause my bro has bigger hits and his relaxed wrists help bring the "robitc feel"

@heartbreakdrakemusic No roboting does not require popping. All that is required for robotting is good dime-stops and isolation, not actual hitting (popping). But as personal preference you can hit your stops if you like.

And I don't know exactly what it looks like when you are practicing too, but one thing you might try is when you do the head isolation to one side and hold it there and try and drop your shoulder down and just keep practicing that on both sides over and over. If you understand what i mean. Do that in front of a mirror too.

Maybe i could try and make a video about doing head isolations when i have time.
