to delete the nav-bar, you just go to inspector. Shoose the page part and there its a button where it's written "show navigationbar" and there you go! just turn that off
1265 px for a website is HUGE. That will not fit on most monitors. The recommended size is 960px. Also, you shouldn't delete the box that says "Title" in the begging, because that is basically telling Google not to look for you. That is the title of your page, which is important information. You don't need two navigation bars either, and Apple's isn't good for search engines in the first place, so I usually delete that.
IAt the very beginning, you select a text box with word "title" in it. You shouldn't delete that. What bar on top? The Apple nav bar? That's what I'm saying, you should delete that one (the premade one), it isn't good for SEO and is ugly in the first place.
YOU WERE ALMOST THERE! To delete the premade navbar go back to the inspector, click on the page inspector tap (the first one). There are two buttons "Page" and "Layout" - in this video, you never looked at "Page". Click it, there are two checkbox choices - one for displaying the navbar. Deselect it! Done.
And if you check 0:44 (There's the first thing I'm deleting) it does not say title... But I understand that you mean the top one, but it's just a text box so why would Google care?
Hmm. In my version of iWeb 09, the top text box (under the nav bar) says Title...strange. Anyways, to delete the Apple nav, go to the first tab in the inspector. Click "Page" then uncheck display navigation bar.
