Cute cat. I took my cat to the beach a few times. She wouldn't really swim but she would stand belly deep in the water and just look around. We would take her on the boat (small row boat) and have to watch her cuz she would fall out. I think she thought it would be shallow like the beach. Lol.

I think it's just your bog- standard tabby, but I can't really tell. Apparently cats mainly dislike water because it lowers their body temperature. So that would explain why other cats like baths and things. Maybe the sea is warm? Either way, the cat doesn't look too upset. If it was upset it would have hit the beach and disappeared, not gone to sit in the boat.
