Oh, ment to say CONGRATS! If you do have back issues with the pregnancy, I recommend, Acupressure. Best alternitive to pain meds during pregnancy. My physical therapist had recommended it to me and it worked like a god, no kidding. Granted the first two weeks were tough, my muscles were sore from the pressure but by the end of the second week I was moving around like I had no back problems at all and was able to drive the 45 minutes to and from work with little pain. Good luck with the pregnancy
I have just sat here and watched most of your videos. I am young like you, 28. I had my first back surgerywhen I was 19 and have struggled with leg pain since I was 16. A new doctor I have been seeing recommended the spinal stimulator and at first I was thinking "do I really need that. I thought it was for old people or the severely disabled" but your videos made me realize that I need to do whatever I can to help me and my family. Thank you for sharing your story. It means more than you know.
I was relating to you so much... and awaiting for your new post! I knew you were/are pregnant even before watching the video, because you mentioned in some earlier posts that you are planning to have another one. I wish you all the luck with this pregnancy and hope your backache will go completely, eventually. As much as I hope mine will go too...:-( I am 4 months post op U-PLIF L4-L5. I have DDD in the level below hence my surgeon suggesting to have another fusion but I am so hesitant. T care
Wow--awesome fantastic super great news for you!!! You deserve it!!! I will say the fusion and stim have helped a great deal!!! Hard on body but better!!! I am happy for u!!!! Do u have a blog!?
I am hoping and quite sure these videos will e such an inspiration to my life wife I know they are to me already..She has just returned home from a fusion with disk removal and cage at L3-L4 and L4-L5 she herniated these on 5-30-2010 at work and we had been planning and trying to have a child for almost a year and found out she was pregnant and had to put off any remedy or surgery until post delivery. so here we are with now 7 kids the latest being 8 months and the next being 3 1/2.
