I found this video after reading Christopher McDougall's fantastic book 'Born To Run', and thinking that Iskiate sounded like an amazing drink. This seems pretty true to what he describes, unlike most other 'chia fresca' recipes on here...
I also just found your blog through this video, and will be reading through it. I've just taken up barefoot running myself (well, with Vibram FiveFingers) and so it's really interesting to read others' experiences. :)
@SNAFUHaVoC Actually robragfield's "making chia gel" comes a little closer. I just finished that chapter of "Born to Run" and I really think he said that it looked like a gel.
