Normally, this object is referred to as a free chondrit by darkfield microscopists. What is the proof that it is a spirochete? Were the samples taken from patients with Lyme disease?
What is the point of using the dark field micrscopy? If I wanted to look at a bacteria in the blood sample, why would I bother using the dark field? A dark field may give an unrelistic view, you lose all the natural colouring, shading, its just balck and white? What is the function? What if I want to see uric acid crystals is it possible in bright light?
