Are they durable because i had 2 pairs of turtle beaches and they both broke so I am looking for a good strong pair of headphones and i would prefer wireless could you let me know.

@SingularityComputers I think you are getting isolation and cancelling mixed up. NI is inferior to NC with its dedicated circuitry and will really effect your review because £139 for nose canceling wireless gaming headset is phenomenal but for Noise isolation decidedly average at that price point. still a good review.

Overall, they're a pretty good headset, I love the wireless range, sound quality amazing, but i cant use it on my ipod, heh but i bought them for my asus g53sx laptop and they performe above my expectations. Nice Review :D +1

#3 - The mic feedback happens sometimes and i try to use the mic mute button on the headset, but i think actually pulling down the mic into use, then placing back into the mute position helps me.

#4 - The software sometimes gets glitchy where you use a G button or volume increase or deacrease and it will 'lag' when trying another command. For this try turning off the headset and back on, or do 3 different commands like roll vol up, press g1, vol down and it should work, it sometimes gets loop'd

@whyuweird For #3 something that may help for your mic feedback is to go into the logitech headset software and under customize voice avatars, unselect the voice preview, not 100% sure, but it may help.

Owner of a G930 headset here, have some tips,

#1 - dont keep them on near a microwave incase you do get hungry, you will notice a bad static interfearence, and i doubt its good for your headset.

#2 - For the adolbe digital 7.1 issue that it doesnt turn on, a simple solution that always works is to restart your pc with the headset disconnected, once loaded plug in your wireless headset and you should now be able to use the 7.1 setting.

I'm thinking of getting this one replaced if it's just my headset that's acting up. (I've read the logitech forums and many other users of the G930 have been experiencing the same problem.) Can you try to sit in a quiet room (dead silent), turn on your headset and focus on the right ear? I told my sister to do this numerous times but only in her last try did she hear the noise. But yeah, I will get this one replaced.

I just got these a few days ago and they're brilliant, the surround sound works great; i'm gutted that logitech didn't enable them to work with the PS3 even if it was just for the mic.

Since the PS3 can now output 7.1 on USB via its own new 7.1 wireless headset, it would be nice if logitech could offer a firmware update to enable the g930 to work on the PS3 now, it must be possible; I wish someone would hack the the damn thing to enable this to work ...

my router freq is 2.4ghz ...will the freq of this interfere and slow down my wifi? i have wired my gaming desktop. but for laptop i use my wifi....i do have dual band router. but my laptop cant pick up the 5ghz band..so it right now picking up the 2.4ghz band...and also its quite far. so just wanna know if this freq will interfere with my wifi speed?!?!?

i got this headset and i use it for gaming, music, and communication.... the only problems i had with it are bass distortions because you have to keep manually adjusting the preamp to get the highest volume without breaking the quality.

@frankboy16 In my opinion the G930 has higher quality sound. But the only thing really worth paying more for is wireless and trust me its worth it. There's nothing like not having the restriction of a cord dragging you down.
