  • my late lolo was from ilocos at dito na kami sa davao, kaya alam nya pano lutuin yung igado the ilocano way.. hindi ginigisa ang igado.. wla rin gulay except sa green peas... papa ko na lang marunong magluto ng igado,, sabi nya nag evolve na kng pano ito lutuin.. still it looks delicious... tnx sa mga luto mo...

  • i read one comment down there saying that foodtrip's version is better well,what i can say is that foodtrip's and panlasang pinoy are equally good.

    Foodtrip's version is the simple pang araw araw na ulam while panlasa is yung inihahanda sa fiesta...aywen ilocano akkkkkkk!!!! lol

  • oo nga sayang sana nag aral ako nung araw at hindi nagbulakbol. simpleng ingredients tuloy na english hindi ko alam sa tagalog. ultimo pork liver at kidney hindi ko alam sa tagalog. tsaka red bell pepper din hindi ko alam sa tagalog yun. tsk tsk.. LOL

  • pwede toppings lang. ganun kadalasan ang ginagawa ng mga tao dito sa ilocos norte. kasi fresh pancit ang linuluto ng karamihan na pansitan dito linuluto ginigisa sila yung pacit na walng karne toyo at gulay lang ang halo. tapos saka na lang nila linalagyan ng igado sa ibabaw pag isesereve na, na my kasamang isang tasang kumukulong pinapaintan sa halagang sampung piso lang naman. XD

  • father ko at mother ko magaling magluto nito....tumira kami ng bicol for 10 years.....grabe sobrang sasarap ng bicol dishes....yun ang miss ko sa bicol......i have to say this is different from the traditional bicol style of igado......but i can see this is good and delicious too.........

  • Bro, thanks for your recipe. ito ang dinner namin awhile ago. my husband and 2 stepsons ay di kumakain ng liver so liver spread ang nilagay ko kaya medyo creamy ang sauce at di nila napansin yung liver spread. well, they finished my Igado hehehe. thanks again. Godbless
