I suppose that round 12 is OK but I got to round 24 with two other people online. I achieved this result because of the following key factors in death to zombies:

1) You DO NOT under any circumstances upgrade the Gewehr 43 in the pack-a-punch machine.

2) DO NOT camp out by the pack-a-punch machine. Instead, camp out on the catwalk.

3) You should have gave it a go for the mystery weapon box.

Anyone agree with me? Thumbs up if you do :)

@bladesaw399 omfg best strat on ascension buy mp5k and get a raygun from box only perks u need are flopper and jug (personaly i forget about quick soo i end up never getting it XD) but like um i upgrade my raygun and leave mp5k unupgraded round 40 its like 1 clip of headshots to kill 1 zombie but u combine the pap run and the flopper run and u line em up :D by lvl 50 i had like 200k points :3 then i finnaly upgraded my mp5k and wrecked even more =] (sucks how solo isnt on leaderbaords any more)

@holyhydro Yeah I know for solo Zombies I do something like that too. What I do is that I just try to get the HK-21 and the Ray Gun from the Mystery Weapon Box, the only perks I get are Juggernog and Quick Revive, and I just duke the zombies around the Lunar Lander where PhD Flopper is located. Your strategy sounds really good. I might just try it out sometime :)

@holyhydro I know it's gonna be great shooting guts and brains out of zombies :) However I find it really hard to pack-a-punch my weapon. I mean I have done it loads of times, but it's difficult because first you have to get 2 good weapons from the Mystery Weapon Box, then buy the essential perks, such as Juggernog and Quick Revive(Solo), then you need money to re-buy the perks when the Space Monkeys come along, then you have to open up some doors, and only then you can pack-a-punch your weapon.

@holyhydro Yeah that's a good tactic, seeing as that you got a good weapon from the Mystery Weapon Box, and you have a sub machine gun. BTW, do you know the HK-21 and the RPK? Both are guns in which you can get in Black Ops campaign, multiplayer and zombies, but this is what I don't get. They can carry tons of ammo and are really heavy. And yet, they are classified as LMG's, light machine guns. So what would a heavy machine gun be?

Also, I want Treyarch to make a DLC classic zombies pack, which includes the four zombie levels from Call of Duty World at War. That would be kick-ass!

That was actually one of the most pathetic Der Riese gameplay I have ever seen. First of all, if you want to survive on nazi zombies, it is vital that you but perks from the perk-a-cola machines. Secondly, since when did people start camping at the mainframe? If you camp there, you are at such a disadvantage. My advice to you is camp up on the catwalk. Thirdly, don't pack-a-punch a Gwher(Not sure how you spell it). You should have pack-a-punched the STG-44. Please take my advice.
