i have read surah e Yousuf in search of this situation.it is written in QURAN that one amongst them said that check the shirt of yousuf as said by the child in this scene but it is not mentioned that weather the witness was a child or someone else.may be it is mentioned in hadith that who was the witness. the makers are muslims so i believe that they reseached.
