This shell was actually in the U.S. prior to those regulations and have since been recinded. When was this regulation about large shells you talk about in the description in effect and when was it lifted? I've been to a lot of pyro events in the US recently where we have pulled permits that covered obnoxiously large shells. "36" shell size limit" "No shell size limit" etc. Of course, the biggest anyone brings is 16" since we don't have the guns for larger shells anyway...
