Egypt also controls the Gaza border and has imposed its own blockade on Gaza, interestingly enough. The camps are not in Israel. They are in Arab countries over which Israel has no control. Arab countries ethnically cleansed themselves of Jews who were absorbed by Israel. So it is the obligation of the Arab countries to absorb the Palestinians, not to keep them as non citizens unable to obtain work permits and living in poverty. Arabs in Israel are treated ten times better than Jews in Arab nations who were dispossessed of land and property and deported just for being Jewish.
