  • Wow this is a lot harder than it looks!

  • Ok..i did it..The hard ones are hard! xD I am 15 kilos over what i want...i will work this for a mount and i will post if it works. hart rate is rocket high, and i am tiered..and i feel greath.gl

  • Good form, keep those titties bouncing!

  • I'm pretty sure these are cross fit exercises.

  • clint dempsey?

  • exercise level: ASIAN.

  • Perfect video for me to do with my sister whom I trying to get to exercise and change her lifestyle. Thank you for posting!

  • @lePearlNoir Shouldn't your sister's lifestyle be HER choice? Just sayin'... I don't know the full story obviously and maybe she came to you for help or something, but just the way you worded that makes you sound like the annoying nagging sister - feel free to correct me if there is more to the story than that.

  • @mixxerr0se You are absolutely correct, you don't know the full story. However, I hope you are enjoying your workouts as me and my sister have been. Stay healthy and fit.

  • No doubt a great thing to do right after waking up :D.

  • I love it!

  • maybe 30

  • You dont burn up muscles? i thought when heart comes above 140, you start burning muscles?

Or is that just after a muscle training?

  • @Wesiej the only time your body would "burn" your muscles is if you were in starvation mode. Your body uses fat as its main source of fuel and carbs doing high intensity exercise (running). When you're in starvation mode though, your body will turn to protein, its last resort, as a fuel source.

  • as a pesonal trainer, let me tell you that you are absolutely wrong.

  • CANT BREATH !!!

  • why rest haha

  • @tommahalla works more cardio

  • How offten are you suppose to do these? everyday??

  • This just killed me xD

  • omg it's so tiring... but feels good :)

  • Those "squat thrusts" look an awful lot like burpees to me.

  • For squat thrusts, how to stop from passing out from lack of blood to the head?

  • @presencegirl Do it slowly @ first so your heart can pump blood faster and better. The first time i did this, i was about to pass out .. now (1 week later) i can do this 3 times in a row..

  • She totally looks like Penny...

  • @athelia4444 Penny from The Big Bang Theory? haha

  • ooof! i love it :)

  • Felt good doing it; recently started putting on bulk from gymming, now starting to cut back. This will be a great way of keeping my heart rate up even when I'm out of the gym. Thanks! :)

  • great tips for workout..thanks for the upload..nice video..!!

  • bullshit does it increase your metabolism for the next 36 hours

  • Did it today! Not bad, really makes you feel through all the mussels. Could anyone explain to me what's the deal with all that 20 sec exercises? is there some sort of benefit in working out with a timer?

  • @oxana77 the general idea is to push your body to the maximum in a very very short time. If you are really pushing yourself you shouldnt really feel like you could do more then 20 seconds each time. It might feel easy the first minute, but by the end of the workout you should be out of breath and feel too tired to do much more ;) the idea with these workouts is that your body will burn off calories long after you're done. Its all about the after effect

  • @Syrioify thank you!

  • I feel my dick too

  • Holy fuck, omg. I can't breath holy shit i'm writing this as i'm on the ground. Everytime it was the first thing with the push up I did horrible I cannot do push ups for the life of me, I feel like i'm gonna barf i'm gonna go drink some water... omg..

  • Breath* ...see i can't even tPe correctly :p

  • I like that workout.. Just did it for the first time. I think it is a good fat burner because i've done some 50minute wokouta before and i wasn't that out of bath like here. For 4 minutes thats awesome!

  • It's funny how many are confused about what tabata is, I highly suggest everyone that is serious about this training reads the actual study. They were doing tabata 4 times a week and a total of 70 minutes steady state cardio as well, and it was on a bike.

  • I do this workout in the morning as soon as I get out of bed, because it is FREEZING in my drafty old house. And you know what? It wakes me up AND keeps me warm. And when I start to feel cold, I just do it again because it only takes 4 minutes. TADAAAA!

  • @mommaortiz The beauty of this workout is that you still burn calories after the work out. It's kind of pointless to judge by how many calories that you burn during the workout because you are still burning fat after the workout.

  • @1:49 if that's a flat back mine is laser leveled.

  • This would be a good way to start your day, along with a 30-60 min workout later on.

  • Since I'm no health nut or workout guru, I tried this, full out, to gain my own opinion of it ... and I could barely get off the ground to make this comment. My body isn't sore or anything, I'm just out of breath. My heart rate is up, and I feel like I've just done a lot. Hope its worth it

  • basically it's good but it's a pre-workout , it helps having a ''maximal oxygen uptake" and ''an increase in both anaerobic capacity and maximal aerobic power simultaneously''

  • @MsJonnnnnna I wore my heart rate monitor while doing this to test how many calories I would consume. I'm a small/medium-sized and I burnt about 30kcals. That's worth a tomato. So basically doing this is useless.

  • @mommaortiz I think it's more about burning fat as opposed to calories.

  • @mommaortiz The point of interval trainning (even the shortest ones like tabata) it's to raise your metabolism to burn fat AFTER you workout... meaning you burn calories all day. If you do a workout and burn 400 calories in an hour it's great but what about the other 23 hours of the day? Think about that. However in any case DIET is the key. There's no workout that can outrun a crappy diet.

  • @shapeurmind I know the point, but this video makes it seem like it's the only workout you need. I just wanted to point out that this isn't a real "workout"(burning 30kcals three times a week will do you basically nothing, no matter how much it makes your metabolism work)it's just a part of it, as you said, done berfore/after. Still, the 400kcal-1hour-workout raises your metabolism as well.Best thing to do to speed up your metabolism is to hit the gym and do some strenght training.

  • @mommaortiz I find it more as a strength training workout. What me and my brother do, is take a 5-10 minute jog for a warm up, then do this 4 minute workout (with INTENSE exercises), then practice soccer for a cool down. and the next day I'm (without doubt) WAY to sore to even walk to the bathroom, laugh, or wave to someone. I've only been doing this for 5 days (every day) and i've already put on 3 pounds of muscle mass.

  • well they totally banged after filming this

  • How many calories do you lose every time you do this workout ??

  • What kind of push ups are that in the beginning in the squat thrust?

And she doesn't push her pelvic back, no good it is.

  • 2:05 lolol 'hineys'.

    I'm suck a kid T___T

  • Does this really speed your metab. up for 36 hours??

  • Comment removed

  • just did it and it was good. is it bad to do it twice though because i did the whole thing once and my heart was pumping but i was not tired.

  • "Download the video by clicking the link below the Play Button for just 75 cents!! "

OR just install the Chrome plugin "Yousable Fix" and download any youtube video for free. Btw, with the plugin you can deactivate the autoplay in the videos, as well as automatically select the video quality (highest possible, for example)

    ;)

  • this was more difficult than I expected..lol

  • @smilygurl3497 same here lol

  • ME DONT HAVE 4 MINUTES

  • are your shorts on backwards? :) hard workout.

  • ill definitely try that. thanks for sharing

  • how many calories does this burn?

  • @oliviachelsea911 I am very curious to know this as well...

  • Wow.. I am really unfit.

  • How often should you do this workout? A couple times a week? More? Less?

  • @shuffles45 according with wikipedia, 4 times a week is good.

  • bloody hell. I've climbed mountains, but the mountain clumber exercises were infinitely more difficult! oh well, good workout. :)

  • I definitely like the "high knees" part.

  • I bet she got another 4 minute workout when thiks was over.

  • I agree that there are probably more effective exercises one can do in 4 minutes.

  • Fantastic workout, thanks so much for sharing. :)

  • haha my goodness everyone on here is like sex starved or something.

  • @mszsu cus everyone on here is uncomfortable about their body to a point. so there isn't much action going on for these poor souls

  • @mszsu Welcome to the internet.

  • and then they had the world's fastest sex later.

  • I find this video easy to masturbate to.

  • does anyone know how decent this workout actually is, calorie wise?

  • Instead of just watching - I did this one time. Great stuff!

  • is it just me or is this just just making her do boob bouncing work outs?

  • nice tits.

  • Fast? Obviously never seen me workout my man parts.

  • @oeo1977 LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL LMBO!!

  • this is my wrestling WARM UP from high school.

  • I know a workout that would only take 2 minutes, just wrestle with a gorilla in a fight for your life for 2 minutes and done.

  • "shes been fully worked"

i think there's a better 4 minute workout that can accomplish that

  • @HarleyyTunnicliffe i agree.. i thought this was really easy exersices

  • @HarleyyTunnicliffe That's what she said.

  • @HarleyyTunnicliffe I'm not sure this guy would last four minutes though :[

  • @mrWTfschool umm technically this is aerobic since she is breathing ...

  • There is nothing aerobic about this.

  • There is nothing flat about that back.

  • i love this.

  • you call that a jumping jack

  • Well, that's about half the amount of my regular warm up before lifting to warm up my joints. You go girl, burn the chewing gum calories you had this morning on the way to BurgerKing breakfast.

  • is that a bruise on her left calf? what the hell sarah! someone is not camera ready. i didn't pay to see this shit! oh wait.....

  • He sounds like Kermit the Frog :D

  • @skinnysumo34

    Whahaha :D

  • @skinnysumo34 - OMG he does !!! hahahahahah

  • this is a great workout to add to a normal exercise routine. or to do if u think u wont be able to fit in ur normal workout for the day, u can definitely fit this in.

  • please.. this is like "insanity" warm up

  • well i could definitely commit to this!

  • nobody commented on her bounce? I thought it would be a top comment. Proud of you guys.

  • does it really work?

  • he sounds like kermit the frog. ha.

  • i've been doing this for a week now. man i sweat like a i just ran through a storm.

  • Okay, this is a serious question. I can't do a freaking push up. But I really want to start doing these exercises! Does anybody more fitness-savvy than me know any suitable substitute for a squat thrust? Or at least the part where you do a push-up, anyway.

  • @ramenramenteatea instead of doing the pushup, you can jump when ou raise your arms after you come up from the squat thrust . you should also do some weight training to get stronger and be able de do the push ups :)

  • Press 4 and 5 for lots of boobie bouncing!

  • We want to know your opinion.. What do you think about our variety of videos.. Subscribe if you LIKE..

  • I do this 4 times a day. lol. and i must say, damn does this work your body.

  • @XThaemoguitaristX Maybe if you do it 4 times in a row...

  • Damn ! i really like this !

  • Somebody help me. I think i'm dying. Is harder that it looks but it works ! Just keep up doing these every day ;)

  • @xbunnyy Keep it up! It's really an endurance thing. I have a lot of trouble doing this as quickly as they say, but I'm working on it. :)

  • you people aren't dying cause you are fat or lazy, you are dying cause your personalities suck.

  • How many calories can you expect to lose with this?

  • this workout can actually give you results if you incorporate it into your workout + some cardio, & you can actually feel the results. this should be part of your workout, not your sole workout.

  • first excercise? oh heeeell no.

    second excercise? pshh

third excercise? eh i can do that

jumping jacks? i got that shit

    squats? hahahaha NO.

mountain climbers, high knees, and jumping jacks AGAIN? yeah no thanks.

the four minute workout? not gonna happen.

  • the first exercise kills you when you add a jump to the hand over head and do it 8 times in a row. well, at least it killed me.

  • Comment removed

  • seems like a load of crap... this is for lazy-asses, and i wouldn't even call it a workout-more of a half of warming up... if you really want results, you should at least exercise 60min. without stopping

  • Comment removed

  • @KateMcCC so you actually believe working out for 4 minutes a day, doing this^ will get you results...? i don't think so......

  • i was doing sooo well, finally losing a couple lbs from cutting out bad sugars from junk food and eating less and excercising.. and then something happened that just made my mind wanna eat a lot. so i started eatting when i wasnt even hungry and now am back on to eating ice cream and not eating when hungry, eating big portions. im so scared and sad :( i weight 123 lbs and am 5'1 and although that may not seem bad it does look bad.

  • @13vlee i am 5'7 and i should be 123 lbs not you......

  • i love is video it sure works :)

  • this is to easy for me... than again I am from a warrior race... I need to do it twice to feel its effect... but is extremely effect after doing it twice... thanks

  • thumbs up if you saw that her instructor was watching her tits :o

  • I do this everyday :)

  • i did this for two weeks and lost 4 kg, it works!

  • I think she just might have a naturally curved back, guys. Chill.

  • Non-sense. Whatever "research" those Japanese Scientists did is conveniently not sourced.

  • @Konraden His name is Dr. Izumi Tabata, and it is the Tabata method.

  • The girl that is doing it is not a very good example. For one she has bad form and secondly shes not pushing nearly as hard as she should. The idea behind this is the cardio interval training and the large range of motion from all the biggest muscle groups which are being used.

While running your heart rate is relatively constant and the range of motion is not the same which is why the calorie count is comparable. Sprints are a different story however.

  • Her back is curved during mountain climber... ummmmmm

  • Is it weird that i got turned on by her thighs

  • How many calories does this workout burn +/- when you're 130 lbs? :D

  • I do this daily with the CharlieJames workout video and I love it! I've lost 6 lbs in the past two weeks :D

  • @Hightopsdynomite375

she's amazing! Which one of her workouts was it?

And great job on the weight loss! :D

  • @annabree40 The intense cardio workout, and the 4 minute workout one :D THANKS MAN. haha

  • @Hightopsdynomite375 awesome, I'll have to try it out, thanks!

  • this is sooooooooo great :D i love this workout, i double what they do! i can baarley breathe and im boiling hot, but its soooo worth it :)

  • longest 20 seconds of my life.

  • for each exercise

  • the longest 20 seconds of my life!

  • I really find it hard to believe that this workout would equal a 40-60 minute run....calorie speaking, there's no way you would burn as much....The only way I could see this maybe being the same is they are factoring in the total extra calories you'll burn in a day due to a faster metabolism.

Anyone know more about this and if this is the case? Or if they are trying to say this stand alone 4 minute exercise is the same as a 40-60 minute run?

  • I lost 20 pounds off of your vids!! U rock dude

  • whew can't breathe

  • omfg OMFG I CANT BREATHE!!

  • good video! I'm gonna try this thing out daily, I hope..

  • we did this ingymnastics with 1 minute intervals and 10 second rests for 10 minutes. ugh it was hell i need to start this up again asap

  • Comment removed

  • Guys, this is not like a 40 minute run. It's to boost your metabolism, not burn crazy amount of calories. With my Polar FT4 it said I burned 26 calories. So yeah, doubtful on the running because I push myself to the max. Of course, it is a great way to start your day, keeping your metabolism working well, but do not think it burns so much calories, it wont burn more than 40.

  • @inhumancreationx they're counting the extra calories you burn throughout the day because of the afterburn effect.

  • Oh hello! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy lost tons of weight with it.

  • Hello! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my buddy lost crazy amounts of weight with it

  • lol thought he said hineys not high knees

  • Let me be frank with you all: This is not a WORKOUT, it's an exercise. You aren't burning thousands of calories. If you did this perfectly you'd still only be burning under 100. Doing this everyday -won't- make you drop 20 lbs in a week. OKAY, it's a warm-up to get your heart rate and metabolism up. This is a great exercise I agree, but it's not the answer to your problems. Sorry for being blunt, but it had to be said.

  • @proxyshark This is a group of exercises, so technically it is a workout. Now, I understand it's not much of a work out, but it is one. And you'd have to be a moron to think you could lose 20 pounds in a week, even if you were 300+.

    -JS

  • i did this every day and night for 6 months.

i gained 400 pounds, had two heart attacks, broke both ankles, and cracked six ribs. thanks sarah

  • @mittROMNEY666

    You made my day lmfao

btw its only 0.24am here atm :P

  • @mittROMNEY666 Probably cause you ate like a fat lard.

  • @mittROMNEY666 lol that sounds soo fabricated..i mean really?? 400 lbs u could have at least tried to sound realistic

  • @mittROMNEY666 OMG! Are you serious?!

  • @mittROMNEY666 because youre not to do it twice in 24hours thats too much for your body

  • @mittROMNEY666 You, sir, are a comedic genius.
