@pieeip4775 Hz and FPS are not by the same math formula lol, It's just a speed as like a radio scanner for example which have difference hz! So for example and i could be wrong as i don't know the math, but if your moniter went at say idk 30 hz, and your game or w/e went 50 fps, that could be a equal and balanced ratio between the 2! If it's a straight fact as you say about seeing 24 frames a second, get a pc sometime, google virtualdub and download and get a .avi file and rencode it to 24 frames a second, that will just bust your ignorance wide open! @pieeip4775 Dude, you do know that when you buy games on console that your paying Microsoft/Sony for their cut, your paying for packaging, your paying the developers of the game, your paying for shipping, the actual makers of the game are lucky to get 20% of the cut from each game they make! However for pc, especially on steam the developers get atleast 80% of the cut while steam gets %20 of the cut which is why games are so much cheaper on pc than on console!

On pc it's not so easy to get hacks either as most of them are dependant on who you know, some people charge for their hacks, etc. There is no anti-cheat on console, but pc has it so you get caught on pc, well you lose your whole steam account if your game is VAC secured losing out on all the games you purchased on it, or if on punkbuster it will detect your hack! Good luck finding a undetectable hack!
