  • good job bro keep up the good work

  • hides from the coming cars lol

  • does it sound sloppy or tight?

  • @SpindlyOsprey NICEE!

  • nice job taking a sub and covering it in duct tape and calling it home made

  • if any one thinks this is 1700 watts i seriously think you are retarded and that sub sounds like shit

  • lol awesome! i bet it sounds like crap though.

  • Sounds way flabby!

  • thats without a doubt not 1700 watts.lol

  • @paulbreor I think it is, did you even watch the video to end?

He maybe didnt go to full volume either.

  • duct tape can fix any fuckin thing

  • I made a tiny sub once.....it would heat the hell out of my 1600watt amp, it was probably ass big as a desktop speaker. It caught on fire though

  • now just make your own amp, and your set!

  • @massacreman3000

Believe it or not I am currently designing my own amps the design of my first prototype amp curcuit board is about half way done.

  • @J07C24S88 Can i say your awesome?

  • @J07C24S88 i have made 2 300watt amps if you want help pm me

  • @J07C24S88 you should go into business makeing those. I think if u show that to a girl she would be all over your dumb ass

  • its not a looker, but soo cool that you made it:)

  • ahah! how low-ludacris. nice test song.

  • eso ke compa nise escucha ni madre

  • probably a real sub under that duct tape lol

  • @VI0LENTDEM0N NOPE! watch the videos where he builds this, a truly amazing creation!

  • the song is how low can you go of ludacris?

  • @armin658 ahha deffinatly. one of the most noticible beats besides bass i love you.

  • is that ducktape?

  • My arse 1700 watts

  • @TheLukey21 Probably 1700w "MAX POWER" he's probably only pushing 200-300wrms

  • @GT5DriftProductions i have the same amp douche, its 1700w rms. look it up

  • @BillyMaysYaDig the amp is 1700wrms but unless he upgraded his car's electrical system its only 1000, and that's turned all the way up. he plays the sub at between 1/2 and 3/4 volume in these vids, so this one is ~200w

  • @TheLukey21 1700wrms amp, but if the car has stock electrical its only 1000, this is 1/2 volume so about 200w

  • i rather buy a woofer out of walmart... rotflmao

  • song is HOW LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! xD

  • not Bad man....it's hitting some LOW LOW notes.

  • thats a real fuckin subwoofer covered in 10 roles of damn duct tape. and to the ppl who think its "DUCK TAPE"... your wrong.. its "DUCT TAPE"... origionally created for the repair of DUCT work!

  • @TheWombatHunter . yah dude. ur completely right. he didnt take 2 vids of himself making it.

  • @TheWombatHunter There is a brand of duct tape called DUCK TAPE.

  • @TheWombatHunter lol google duck tape its a brand

  • you must lose a lot of freq response with all the tape and asymmetry

  • @legalyzefreed0m c'mon, its a cheap homemade jobbie! i think it sounds pretty good considering. its listenable

  • looks to me like you used a real sub and covered it with tape. a tape subwoofer wouldn't do anything but buzz, or short the voice coil out.

  • @blbarlow2000 watch his other videos, he built it himself hence "homemade"! he used foam board for the basket and cone, a bicycle tyre for the surround, a paper towel roll tube lined with aluminium for the voice coil former then he wound magnet wire around it for the coil itself. he used real neo magnets and made the suspension from strips of paper. a real sub covered with tape would make less mech noise than this. THINK!

  • Steve Meade ain't got nothing on this

  • @username112256 hahah u crack me up dude

  • damn! full tape!

  • Shame the camera doesn't pick up bass worth shit. :(

  • realy great

  • And what even means AWG? Please explain!

  • @MegaMultiX AWG = guage so 30 guage wire

  • @RWL2011 And what is gauge?

  • @MegaMultiX thickness of the wire. the lower the number the thicker the wire. so 16AWG is thicker than 30AWG

  • @RWL2011 Ooohh, thanks :D

  • @MegaMultiX no worries! sorry for the late reply

  • @RWL2011 No problem, I'm just happy someone did :D

  • @MegaMultiX :-)

  • I JUST LOOOOVE YOU VIDS! I see that you know everything about subs, so can you give me some advice? I've got a 4.5 cm neodimium magnet (I know it isn't much but it's something, and here in Slovenia it isn't easy to find neodimium magnet) and I want to make a sub out of that. I already made a speaker/woofer out af that, but it was more like a midrange speaker, but it picked up to 50 Hz :D What wire I need to buy? The magnet isn't realy strong, so I need to buy 30 AWG?

  • ахаха очередной дебилизм и уебанство)

  • you should build a nice l-ported box for that little beast..

  • @samstar1412 or a bandpass to hide the mechanical noise :-P

  • i gotta hear that shit in person. all my homemade subs, no matter how well built, blow. lool, i like dat in all black too.

  • @Soulsgod it's not black, it's grey!

  • sounds clean i must say that

  • How hard and clean does it hit in person compared to a real 12"?

  • It have very deep sound to it. My friend thought it was the 2 12's in the trunk. I told his it was my homemade sub he said " That b***h is deep.

It gets loud but its not very efficient probably around 85db 1w/1m

  • I gotta make myself an 18", haha.

Great job man, hope you can one day make a full sound system of foam drivers : ).
